Background Kelly Jubenvill (Owner and Founder of Scaling Down Inc.)

I am an expert organizer, or rather I became one the day the doctor said “you’re expecting twins!” When our family continued to grow scaling down became a survival skill - managing multiples of everyone and everything. This made balancing family and work that required international travel seem like a walk in the park.

My strategies became advice shared with others, and ultimately time spent with friends and family helping them to create a home for everything.

Along with learning “on the job” I hold a degree in Business. My work experience centres on organizing people and projects. As a personal lender and stock broker the focus was on making money work for others. As an international project manager my job was to automate stock exchanges. I took on roles creating and managing full support groups and project offices - ultimately directing the operations of a software company.

The reward gained from this experience is a well-rounded resume and the discovery that I love things running smoothly.

The reward for this job is the greatest yet – helping others discover lower stress, more energy, and a greater sense of control in their lives.
